Replacing the phone's battery without the "non-original battery" error message is possible using the new battery with BMS flex band.
This ensures functionality with the Battery Management System from the original battery.
It only requires connecting the original BMS band to the battery's BMS flex band.

Attention! Installation must be done by an authorized person from a GSM service. Otherwise, it will lead to the loss of the product warranty.

Installation instructions:

  1. Turn off the mobile device.

  2. Remove the display module from the mobile device.

  3. Disconnect the original battery connector from the motherboard. Remove the battery from the mobile device.

  4. Remove the black adhesive from the base of the original battery, to access the BMS flex band (Battery Management System).

  5. Use a thin and sharp tool (ceramic scissors or ceramic blades) to cut the connections between the BMS flex band and the original battery (metal parts). Attention! Do not use non-ceramic tools as they can cause a short circuit. Be careful not to puncture the battery cell or cut the BMS flex band.

  6. Do not throw away the battery. Take the battery to a specialized center for battery collection.

  7. Place the yellow adhesive tape (included in the package) on the back of the BMS flex band. Remove the protective film from the adhesive tape, to be fixed on the lower part (in the initial position of the BMS flex band) of the new battery. Press firmly to ensure proper attachment.

  8. Bend the FPC connector of the BMS flex band, orienting it towards the corresponding FPC connector on the new battery.

  9. Firmly couple the two FPC connectors (between the BMS flex band from the original battery and the BMS flex band on the new battery).

  10. Use the original black adhesive to cover the BMS flex band.

  11. Connect the battery connector to the motherboard of the mobile device.

  12. Do not start the mobile device using the power button.

  13. Connect the mobile device to a power source using a charging cable and let it turn on automatically.

  14. Disconnect the mobile device from the power source.

  15. Press and hold the power button to completely shut down the mobile device.

  16. Restart the mobile device by pressing the power button.

  17. Check if the battery has been correctly calibrated by checking the health settings in the mobile device's menu.

  18. If no errors appear, turn off the mobile device and proceed to fix the battery, according to the normal procedure.  



Attention: After installing the battery on the phone and updating the software, the following messages will appear: 

1. "Unidentified part" pop-up message
2. No registration in  "repair assistant"

Also, the battery status will take information from the replaced battery. To reset this (to show 100% battery status) a system flash is required (in GSM service).
If this is not important to you, then this operation is not necessary.
