Forward FW-360C
The Forward FW-360C touchscreen display separation station is a professional tool designed for the precise separation of screens
and touches on mobile phones. With a 360-degree rotating design, it allows you to work in the position that is most comfortable for you.
The device is equipped with two rotary buttons, useful for separating the edges, flat or framed screens, and removing the glue or the frame.
It has three groups of temperature memory channels, preset at 65, 100 and 200 degrees C, but you can customize these values according to your work needs.
Heating the device takes only 5 minutes until it reaches 200 degrees C, ensuring fast and efficient operation.
The design includes rounded corners, which help to keep the separating wire in position, reducing the risk of it coming off.
The metal legs fix the station on the work table, offering better stability during operations.
The device has two separate switches: one for temperature control and one for activating the vacuum function,
which can be used independently to absorb the screen without heating. It is also compatible with various removable molds
for separating edge-to-frame screens, allowing easy adjustment of the die clamping moment on the heating platform.
